If you're like me and you love makeup, this is definitely a freebie that is worth it for your birthday. Every year, Sephora offers their beauty insiders a choice of a sample (or gift) for their special day! This year they are offering 3 items (I believe just like every year but I could be wrong, don't quote me on it) the Bite Beauty Lippie Set, the Bumble and Bumble shampoo & conditioner, and the Glam Glow facial mask and moisturizer. Let's get into what a Sephora Beauty Insider is first, then we will give a little break down into which each item entails so that you can decide which sample (or gift) you will choose on your BIRTHDAY!
First of all, a Sephora Beauty Insider is a rewards program for Sephora's loyal customers. Each dollar spent gains shoppers a point (unless they are doing a special where you can get up to 3x's the points). Those points go towards redeeming samples while shopping either online or in-store. The samples range in points from 100 to 30,000 and the prizes can be awesome samples like Fenty Beauty lippies or even trips to meet famous beauty guru's. I've gotten a few things from this program, like facial cleansing samples and even a dish for my little makeup utensils. I've been a Beauty Insider for a while and the perks are awesome. Bumble & Bumble: Shampoo and Conditioner
Each bottle is a fluid once, so that you can sample the company's shampoo and conditioner. This birthday sample is only via online purchase, so if you want this one you'd have to order something online and it will come in the mail with your order. I've never personally used it but the online ratings for it seem pretty good. It has different types of oils and it helps with moisturizing!
Bite Beauty: Lippie Set
I think this will personally be the item I want to choose for my birthday sample! It comes with a lip pencil, lipstick and lip balm & scrub! I wish I could get this item now. I have no clue how big the lip pencil and lipstick is but the lip balm & scrub is a legit swab of both. This item can be redeemed online and in-store.
Glam Glow: Mask & Illuminating Moisturizer
This duo comes with a facial mask for facial cleaning and a moisturizer to use right after to give you a nude glow. The both the moisturizer and mask come in a .05oz tube which is enough for a couple of cleanses and a few days of facial nourishment with moisturizer. I believe you can redeem this item both in-store and online.
As you can see, Bite Beauty's 4 samples are way better than the other birthday samples, which both only contain 2 items each. So I'll be going with BITE for my birthday... Let me know in the comment section which will be your choice if you're a Sephora Beauty Insider!
