Okay so it's the first day of the new year!!!!! Yay. Hello 2016!
I've been inspired to do this weigh in/workout starting January 2016! Last year, I tried doing fitness by myself and realize that I fell off because I lack motivation. I always felt that between working full-time and going to school full-time that I don’t have time to work out, but honestly I was lying to myself. There’s always time to make an effort to do something, especially if it’s for the benefit of good health. We can make time to stuff our faces with fatty foods, chase men (who most of them don’t care to chase us back) or even do things that we don’t need to be doing, so why can’t we simply make time to change our lifestyles to a healthy one?
Well, this coming year I plan on making some transformations to myself. A lot of people look at me and think that I’m fine, I think the same myself! But again, being honest to myself I am not in shape at all. So this is my plan, to work out and tone! To keep a healthy and fit lifestyle, yes the transformations will come with time and I’m okay with that. I’d like to form a sisterhood with women who have the same mind-frame as I do.
