Hey faithful followers... First of all, I'd like to thank all of you guys who are still rocking with me! I used to be on a blogging kick like every day but yeah I've been slacking. However, this week I've had this whole "getting reposted, shared, liked, etc. with no hashtags" because I feel like everyone else either has to hashtag to get exposure, or they have to be a super popular blogger in order to be shown love without using hashtags they are easily reposted. I've came up with this whole Dressing Room Chronicles idea, I figure I can blog about up and coming plus size fashion lines. I decided to take on Charlotte Russe because they just extended their fashion to the plus size world!
First of all. I'm going to try my best to show off some of the looks that I thought looked great on me. I didn't get a chance to try on dresses because I wasn't really feeling any of the dresses that the Charlotte Russe in my location had on display and I forgot to try on the jeans. With that being said, I tried on a couple of pairs trousers (not pictured) couple of shorts, a maxi top and a kimono! Details of each of the items will be listed under each image below!
So after trying all of the items on, I decided that I loved the Kimono the most! I was going to buy it but I'm the most frugal person on Earth, so I decided not to. If it were all black I would've gotten it for sure, the back of it was open with a lace cross closure (sorry for not taking an image of it) it was in my eyes the best thing created! For the rest of the items, the shorts were pretty comfy, the Maxi top to me seems out of style and kind of overrated. Majority of the items were very over priced, so if you aren't the average working woman I can't see you getting an outfit unless it happens to be on sale. The Charlotte Russe on my side of town also had distressed jeans (which I forgot to try on) and other lounge pants. I tried on the Tile Print Trousers and the Acid Wash Chambray Jogger Pants but they were too big and looked like harem pants (they didn't have a smaller size on display). Have you tried on this line yet? How do you feel about it?
Well this is the end of my Dressing Room Chronicles for this week, come back soon to see what I try on next... Thanks for reading!
Until next time ladies...
